Round link chains sprockets

The sprockets associated with the round link chains can be externally or internally toothed, depending on the application.

There are also systems in which loose tooth segments are mounted onto a hub or flange. These teeth can later be replaced separately. The sprockets are often delivered in a separable design, the advantage is that the segments can be replaced without having to first remove the chain or dismount the shaft. Sprockets are supplied without teeth to be reversing wheels. Also, sprocket wheels can be provided as a so-called pocket wheel. Sprockets are used in clean environments, for example in the food industry.

Round link chains elevator buckets

Round link chains elevator buckets are specially developed according to customer specifications for vertical transport especially for heavy-duty applications.

In the heavier industries, where bulk materials such as cement, limestone, sugar beets and ores must be transported to a great height, a chain elevator is a solution. The elevator buckets are mounted by means of a chain shackle to the round link chain. Different materials and qualities are possible for the production of elevator buckets, as well as edge reinforcement.

Round link chains attachments

Round link chains used in conveyor technology can be equipped with special attachments.

For example, there can be two round link chains running parallel with scrapers mounted between them. This application is seen, for example, in power plants, where fly ash must be discharged.
